At the turn of January-February, Logistikas commissioned a personnel and supervisor survey with Suomen Palvelututkimus Oy. The aim of the study was to find out the sense of appreciation and job satisfaction of the staff, as well as the work of supervisors and management. 119 people responded to the survey, which is 87% of the total personnel of Logistikas.
- I would like to thank our staff for answering the survey so diligently. I think the high number of responses shows that our staff is committed and wants to improve our operations in a better direction all the time. With the help of research, we get valuable information about clear development targets, by focusing on which we can improve job satisfaction, and also get more tools for supervisory work, says Toni Brigatti, CEO of Logistikas.
In the 2020 personnel and supervisor survey, the clearest development targets proved to be on-boarding and communications.
- For on-boarding, we have already prepared a plan together with Olli-Pekka Reunanen, HR Manager of Logistikas, and we will use the Rauma Lakari unit as a pilot. After the pilot phase, the mode of operation will be extended to other units. More attention will also be paid to communications in the future, Brigatti says.
Brigatti says the greatest successes in the survey are commitment (8.7) and feeling to leave for work (8.0).
- The last few years have been a time of rapid growth and high workload, and that has meant that our staff has had a lot of work. In relation to this, I find it positive that our employees continue to feel a strong commitment and it is generally nice to leave for work every morning.
The company's competitive position was rated 8.1 on a scale of 1 to 10, and its future prospects are perceived to be worth 8.4. The feeling of appreciation (7.8) and self-esteem as an employee (8.5) were in the same range as in 2018.
The survey was carried out by Suomen Palvelututkimus Oy, which also regularly produces a customer satisfaction survey for Logistikas.
